Animal News: The Yellow Dog Project

The Yellow Dog Project (TYDP) is a global movement for caretakers of dogs in need of space (DINOS — Dogs In Need Of Space). The project aims to bring awareness to dogs who need space while training, recovering from surgery, or being rehabilitated. Through social media, physical awareness, and educational courses for kids and parents, TYDP wants to remind you to ask before petting a dog.

The Yellow Dog Project was founded on September 13, 2012, and is in 45 countries at this time. You can find them at https://www.facebook.com/TheYellowDogProject and at http://www.theyellowdogproject.com.
